Booking Conditions for Club 55 Travel Club Day Tours
Club 55 Travel reserves the right to make CHANGES TO ITINERARIES as may be deemed
necessary.
COSTS are correct at the time of printing, however we do reserve the right to alter prices
when
venues and other costs increase. Club 55 Travel reserves the right to cancel any tour
arrangement
within 7 days of departure if insufficient numbers. A full refund will be made in the event
of that
situation. Please note that the Club 55 Travel policy is full payment 14 days prior to
departure.
No deposits are required. Seats that have been reserved and not paid for by this date can and
will
be released to passengers on the wait list for that tour. In the event of cancellations a 15%
administration
fee will be charged. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 48 hours or for
no shows on the day.
For Extended Tours full payment is required 30 days prior to departure. Club 55
Travel will always try and be
fair and assist members where possible.

All Club 55 Travel tours are designed to specifically cater for the needs
of the over 55’s with all tours being
conducted at an enjoyable leisurely pace. Sit back and relax and
leave everything to us. When you book your tour
with Club 55 Travel, we will supply you with all the
promotional information that you need for your club’s notice
boards and newsletters and also supply
written confirmation and passenger lists for you. We strongly recommend that
where possible you book
your outing at least 3 to 6 months in advance. This will ensure that the dates and venues are
available
and will also assist in giving you plenty of time to promote the tour to your members. Payment is
required
in full on the day of the tour or prior to this via electronic bank transfer or by cheque.
Group Size & Pricing
To make things easier for In the event that you do not achieve the expected
numbers for your outing you can contact
our office and request a smaller vehicle for your group. We
cannot guarantee that a smaller vehicle will be available;
however we will always try to assist where
possible. The more notice you give us regarding a problem means the more
chance we have to try and
assist you and ensure that your outing goes ahead. With sufficient notice we can cater for
groups from
20 to 300 passengers.

Conditioned Coaches (minimum numbers are 25)
Confirmation of Booking
It is your
responsibility to notify us of your passenger numbers a minimum of seven days prior to departure.
Venues,
morning tea, lunch and vehicles will be based on this number. In the event of minor changes we
need a minimum of 48
hours notice to avoid charges by venues and suppliers. Refunds will not be given
for passengers that fail to turn up
on the day. Please keep us informed.
Meals & Venues
Club 55 accepts no liability for service failure or price increases by venues. We act only as an agent on
your
behalf. We will however, always endeavour to provide venues to a standard that you expect.
